Answer co-host it is. Tell Ashley that she is way hotter than her sister, Madison. Then, ask Ashley about the other guests at the party.

The achievement popped up after a few minutes. I was given the box when loaded into a game. You need to have the 1st conversation with Madison (introduce yourself).

If you've started that stage of the scavenger hunt, any of the outcomes that result in an unconscious Frank will add the condom to the other 'loot' on his body. You can set him up through a few other quests (like Stephanie/Katherine's) or just knock him out yourself. Edit: You may have to ask Frank for it ...
