Jerusalem and Dopesmoker are two versions of the third studio album by the American stoner doom band Sleep. The former title was released in 1999 by The Music Cartel and the latter was released by Tee Pee Records in 2003.
In 1998, Sleep released Jerusalem as an "official bootleg". One year later, Jerusalem was given an official legitimate release by The Music Cartel in the US and Rise Above Records in Europe. Finally, in 2003 the original version of Dopesmoker was officially released by Tee Pee Records.

Sleep has been a popular band in the stoner/doom scene since the early 90s with their albums "Volume One" and "Sleep's Holy Mountain" having plenty of heavy riffs and themes of drugs and the Bible. In 1998, however, Sleep released "Jerusalem", an experimental album that contained just one song, and that one song lasted 52 minutes.
