Ras al-Ayn (Arabic: رَأْس ٱلْعَيْن, romanized: Raʾs al-ʿAyn, Kurdish: سەرێ کانیێ, romanized: Serê Kaniyê, Classical Syriac: ܪܝܫ ܥܝܢܐ, romanized: Rēš Aynā), also spelled Ras al-Ain, is a city in al-Hasakah Governorate in northeastern Syria, on the Syria–Turkey border.
Ras al-Ayn (en árabe: رأس العين Ra's al 'Ayn, en kurdo: Serêkanîye, en siríaco clásico: ܪܝܫ ܥܝܢܐ Rēš 'Aynā) es una ciudad de Siria y la capital del distrito homónimo, perteneciente a la Gobernación de Hasaka.
La operación 60 61 comenzó el 9 de octubre de 2019, con ataques aéreos turcos y obuses dirigidos a las ciudades controladas por las SDF de Tal Abiad , Ras al-Ayn, donde se informó que miles de personas habían huido de la ciudad, 62 Ayn Issa y Qamishli.
