I got the achievement by beating a hard run to mother with tainted blue baby, a normal run to isaac with azazel and a normal run to isaac with judas, so I'm not exactly sure how it works.
In Chapter 4 and Chapter 4.5 Super Special Rocks are almost identical to Tinted Rocks, making them easier to spot in these chapters. Super Special Rocks are unlocked by the achievement 5 Nights at Mom's, which requires you to get a 5-win streak, using a different character each time.

10 de oct. de 2022 · 5 Nights at Moms Achievement. I currently have a 3-Win Streak with 3 different characters on hard mode. I went to the Beast with Tainted Azazel, to Delirium with Tainted Samson and to Isaac in Cathedral (cuz i wanted to get over with it) with Tainted Isaac.
I just got this achievement on Sunday on the latest Switch version of Repentance. I had to get 5 wins. I played all 5 on hard mode and used Judas, Isaac, Azazel, Cain, and Samson in that order.
