Franck Haise, né le 15 avril 1971 à Mont-Saint-Aignan (Seine-Maritime), est un footballeur français reconverti entraîneur. Entraîneur du RC Lens depuis février 2020, il voit ses fonctions étendues à un rôle de manager général entre octobre 2022 et janvier 2024.
On 25 February 2020, Haise became the head coach of Lens, following the dismissal of Philippe Montanier. On 27 May 2023, he led Lens to win 3–0 against Ajaccio and qualify for the Champions League for the third time in their history after 1998–99 and 2002–03.
