We need to know if it is a high percentage of you who have had problems or is it just a normal amount of problems like most brands have. Below I'll include a few of the Genesis TSB's I was able to find.

I followed the instructions in the GV80 to connected (while On and in Park) but was unable to activate my account. I've called Genesis Customer Care (GCC) twice and have a case number as well.

24 de jul. de 2024 · I own a 2024 GV80 and like many of you were motivated to buy the car because of the Lexicon Sound System. For the most part, I am happy with it, but I do want to share some of my experiences. I was excited to see that I wasn't the only one that wanted to go with using USB with a better compression format to take advantage of the cars sound system.
7 de sept. de 2024 · 12 posts · Joined 2023. #31 · Oct 4, 2024. After an OTA update last week, my 2023 GV70 Electrified now has wireless Apple Carplay capability. Hooray! That was a pleasant surprise because Genesis initially said that the GV70 Electrified wouldn’t get this capability.

Loss happened when the battery died overnight and had to have a jump start. Also lost profiles and other settings. Really need the backup camera and turn signal cameras.
10 de mar. de 2024 · Genesis Service has no batteries for replacement. They have 4 in back-order. After 20 without my gv70 I decided to fill the Lemon Law to get my money back. I like many things of the GV70 but something simple like the battery is not available and there's no replacement at other stores, that is unacceptable.
