Para eso está la Comunidad. Prueba a borrar cache 6 datos de la App Smart Switch desde Ajustes>Aplicaciones >Smart Switch >Almacenamiento y reinicia, por si fuera algo puntual. Verifica que tanto el dispositivo como la App estén actualizadas. He seguido todos los pasos, pero sigue igual.
7 de ene. de 2022 · Nota: para utilizar Smart Switch, necesitarás un dispositivo con Android 4.3 o posterior. Asegúrate de que los dos dispositivos están conectados a la misma red de Wifi o enlázalos con un cable USB. Abre Smart Switch en ambos dispositivos y toca en “Datos de dispositivo anterior”. En tu dispositivo nuevo, toca en “Recibir datos”.

On your new phone, select whether you’re receiving data from Galaxy, iPhone, or a Windows Phone/BlackBerry. Select whether you want to connect via cable or wirelessly.
25 de jul. de 2024 · Buenas tardes,@Joanmll, si se pueden transferir datos mediante Smart Switch, sin necesidad de tener conexion WiFi. Conecta los dos dispositivos mediante cable USB C e iniciar la app. Aqui veras como hacerlo.

17 de feb. de 2021 · Borra caché y datos de la aplicación "Actualización del Sistema" que existe en Ajustes, Aplicaciones (quizás tengas que activar la opción de mostrar aplicaciones del sistema en ese apartado para que salga). Vuelve a intentar de nuevo descargar la actualización. Solucionado: Mi teléfono no actualiza el software.
