I have tried two browsers (LibreWolf and Brave) and both have this issue. Solutions found in other related posts, like clearing all cookies and bookmarking the Web Player, didn't work either.

  3. 23 de abr. de 2018 · When I opened my spotify web player this morning it only would load to a plain black screen, iv'e restarted my computer and the web browser. I'm behind a school internet with DNS servers that i can't change but i've asked the IT and he said it shouldn't be blocked. Any help would be nice! Also Last week it was working fine.

  7. 16 de may. de 2018 · Another quick fix to that issue (Spotify web player crashing because wrongly loading last played song) would be to try and load any song from its html link, found on the web. I've also noticed that once the memory usage starts ramping up, if I expand the browser window that's running Spotify and then minimize it again, the memory usage will drop back down to around 200mb. That's without stopping the music or any interaction with the web player - simply expanding and minimizing the window its in.

I have tried to open Vivaldi on other devices and for whatever reason the web player opens just fine there. I have made sure that nothing is blocking it and the site has all the permissions that it needs. This screenshot is about all the other information I can provide.
