Happy Wheels isn't loading on my computer. I don't know why, but when I try and open it it doesn't even go to the page. It just does nothing then says the page won't load. How do I fix this?

HappyWheels is being laggy for some reason. Few month ago it was 30 FPS and after I factory reset my pc, Happy Wheels get less than 6 FPS on the main menu.
