In your first set of sentences, you are going to Cornwall for the weekend, so the future tense ("will") is appropriate. In the second set, going to Cornwall is only a suggestion, so "would" is the correct tense.

17 de ago. de 2008 · If you are mentioning about something which happend in the past, "That's OK" is preferable. 2: If you are mentioning something which has just happened or might happen in the future, "It's OK" is preffereble. 3: It does not really matter and both are basically interchangeable in most cases.
28 de ene. de 2010 · Thank you bibliolept - I've checked the thread, but still couldn't find the answer to my question. I know that okay is an option for OK, but my question is whether ok (in small letters) is considered as correct spelling, too, or whether it needs to be in capital letters.

However, in this case I would say 'okay by me' and 'okay with me' both mean I agree with that, but 'okay for me' means the proposed time suits me. The decision is okay by/with me; the time slot is okay for me. K.

The sense is clear, and it is not strikingly violating of standard English. "That's OK with me" also works. Many people also say "That's OK by me".
