Just in case someone else is not seeing a record of their transaction, here's the reply I received from Poloniex's support: The minimum amount of ETH that can be deposited here before it shows in your account is 1.
24 de abr. de 2018 · 1. An Ethereum address is 40 hex characters. Some interfaces expect the address to be prepended with a "0x" and some interfaces will not accept this. myetherwallet prepends the "0x". Try to paste the address without the "0x". Share. Improve this answer.
23 de jul. de 2016 · You will need to transfer your DAOs still left on your Poloniex account back to your account, then run the approve(...) and withdraw() functions to convert the DAO tokens back to ETH. The 38,442.565926800000000001 ETH in the DAO contract in the Wallet is just the balance of ETH owned by The DAO contract and has nothing to do with your personal account.

I mistakenly sent ETC from my hardware wallet to an ETH address on poloniex. I sent an email to Poloniex helpdesk and they sent me over here to resolve the issue. I've read online that people have made similar mistakes as me and have been able to recover there coins. Here is my response from Poloniex.

14 de jul. de 2017 · You can definitely use the same keys. You cannot actually send ETH to ETC or vice versa (if I hand you a US dollar, even if you were expecting a Euro, it's still a US dollar).

But, a contract can be deployed on one chain or the other uniquely and so contract addresses can be chain specific and aren't generated from a private key.
