Trouble logging into account. Apr-19-202301:21 PM. I no longer have the phone number linked to my account therefore cannot log in due to 2factor authentication. PayPal only reply to the account I am locked out, the app notified me, not my emails asking for help. I used to log in webpage the 2factor verify on the app but this is no longer an option.

If you're moving abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new account. If you maintain residences in 2 countries, you can have 2 PayPal accounts as long as only one is a Business account. To have an account in another country, you will need to hold a physical address within that country. I hope this helps.
