4 de nov. de 2022 · Putting an iPod classic into disk mode: Hold MENU+SELECT on the iPod for about 6 seconds until it resets, then switch to PLAY+SELECT as soon as the Apple logo appears, again for about 6 seconds to put the machine in disk mode. Hold MENU+SELECT on the iPod for about 6 seconds to reset the device back to normal when done.

18 de may. de 2022 · ipod touch wont sync to itunes After latest windows 10 update ipod touch 3G wont sync to the itunes version downloaded from windows store. says no ipod touch iphone or ipad found. Also says ipod support service not found. Have updated drivers for ipod. Apple support service not found in add remove programs. Thanks

16 de ago. de 2021 · Thank you! No fluff spotted. It charges with original cord and new cord from apple store. Computer charges it but doesn't show it as connected. Itunes doesnt recognize it. Ipod does all it's supposed to do but won't sync with Itunes or show up as connected to computer. Doesn't show up on other computers.
7 de mar. de 2022 · Ipod Classic Will Not Sync with iTunes My iPod Classic will no longer sync with iTunes on my Windows 10 PC. I am running the latest iTunes software version and using the correct iPod drivers. The settings show that the iPod is full of "other" content, leaving no room for anything else.
23 de ago. de 2023 · it involves some Terminal manipulations, writing couple of line of scripts to make appear hidden folder iPod_control. then drag and dropping the music folder to some local place on your local hard drive, like the dekstop. finally an import into iTunes form the very folder that received the music will do it. good luck.

Hence , models such as the iPod Classic, the nano, etc. no longer require updates (that's point 3) the iPod Touch, which has the ability to interact with the internet, opens up the possibility of security issues.
