Works as expected with default settings and up-to-date default filters for me (uBO 1.27.4 on Firefox 76.0.1). And new View with a view developer tools will open, find the tools that shows the HTML objects (in Firefox it's called the inspector), it will probably be in one of the tabs of the newly opened overlay.
