Cousins Dee & KK formed 2ND II NONE in Compton, California in 1990. The group signed as the first West Coast rap group to an East Coast based label (Profile Records). Being called the “West Coast RUN DMC”, they were the first rap group to bring their unique style of music by fusing R&B hooks and melodic harmonies.
