19 de may. de 2022 · Following the final arena date of Ghost's European Imperatour in Hungary on 18th May, English guitarist Chris Catalyst shared a group photo backstage of the entire Ghost crew including himself standing next to Tobias Forge. Outing himself as a Nameless Ghoul, he wrote: "Amaaaazing tour with our wonderful Ghost family," Catalyst wrote.
Background and release. The song debuted on April 12, 2018, on SiriusXM, and was officially released the following day. The song is the lead single from Ghost's fourth studio album, Prequelle, ahead of the album's release on June 1. As with prior music with the band, the song was created by Tobias Forge and a group of anonymous band members called "Nameless Ghouls".
25 de mar. de 2022 · The Nameless Ghouls, some of whom had already revealed their actual names, also revealed Forge's name by naming him in the lawsuit. As quoted in Metal Injection , Forge explained that the lineup (apart from himself) had changed many times since the beginning — because the touring band was exclusively a touring band, not the Ghost members who wrote or recorded the albums.
