Albert Finney (Salford, Lancashire, Inglaterra; 9 de mayo de 1936 - Londres, Inglaterra; 8 de febrero de 2019) [1] fue un actor británico de larga trayectoria filmográfica, nominado cinco veces al Premio Óscar y ganador de múltiples premios: tres Globos de Oro, dos BAFTA, Oso de Plata del Festival de Berlín y Copa Volpi de Venecia.
Albert Finney (9 May 1936 – 7 February 2019) was an English actor. He attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and worked in the theatre before attaining fame for movie acting during the early 1960s, debuting with The Entertainer (1960), directed by Tony Richardson , who had previously directed him in theatre.
Albert Finney. Actor: Murder on the Orient Express. The son of a Lancashire bookmaker, Albert Finney came to motion pictures via the theatre. In 1956, he won a scholarship to RADA where his fellow alumni included Peter O'Toole and Alan Bates. He joined the Birmingham Repertory where he excelled in plays by William Shakespeare.
