15 de oct. de 2024 · Even if it's a salary of 2m/year to keep Sir Alex away from OT the man has earned the right to the salary. United today is inconceivable without Sir Alex. It may well be that Ferguson is tired and done and if it was a mutually amicable agreement then so be it, but if he was told this was the decision of INEOS then shame on INEOS.
15 de oct. de 2024 · I agree. It is hardly a 'disgrace' to finally terminate the extraordinary sums being paid to Sir Alex Ferguson for more than a decade. Yes, he was our greatest ever manager and yes he transformed the club into a global powerhouse - but he was well paid as the manager when delivering that success.
15 de oct. de 2024 · Yeah but haters gonna hate? And the media LOVE a United story… saves them doing any real work. For those who like/are yet unsure of Ratcliffe, it saves £2m a year, SAF agreed with it, he still goes to games (his passion) and they guys 83…. for the Ratcliffe haters, it’s scandalous, the money is peanuts, something something Brexit, something.

Absolute nonsense.”(Sir Alex Ferguson after beating FA Premier League champions Chelsea FC 1-0 on November 6th 2005 when asked if the previous week where Manchester United had endured much criticism was the worst week of his career.) 7.
15 de oct. de 2024 · Sir Alex is in his 80s now, he'll always be synonymous with Utd regardless of whether he's no longer paid an ambassadorial salary, I'm sure he's absolutely fine with it. Another non story from the media desperate to spin anything negatively about Utd.
12 de abr. de 2023 · I don't like to criticize Fergie, he's like a god, a father figure, I put him on such a pedestal that I have a hard time comprehending some of the negative things he contributed to the club, but it's a reality and I just chose to focus on all the success he brought instead. But SAF was the...
