In September 2023, Bavidge joined Scottish League One club Kelty Hearts on loan until January 2024. On 3 February 2024, Bavidge scored his first career hat-trick in a 3-0 away win over Edinburgh City. Their recent 4-1 win over St Mirren saw Bavidge steal the show, as the Scotland youth striker hit a hat-trick with two first-half goes and a late third in the second.
