She married Sir Thomas West 2nd Baron de la Warr on 19 November 1571, in Wherwell, Hampshire, England. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 6 daughters. She died on 30 August 1608, in Hampshire, England, at the age of 53, and was buried in Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England, United Kingdom.
