(May 7, 2024) – The Charlotte Independence were knocked out of the 2024 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on Tuesday night following a 3-0 loss to MLS club, Atlanta United at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in Kennesaw, Georgia. The Jacks went on a historic run this year, making it to the Round of 32 for only the second time in club history.
