  7. Balkan Rhapsodies: 78 Short Films is a project that began in 1999, when Silva made a trip to Serbia and Kosovo just a few weeks after the NATO bombings. Out of this experience he developed an episodic, personal film that arranges a variety of material, from intimate testimonials to observational footage and appropriated and manipulated images.
