Benjamin Peter Sherrington Shephard (born 11 December 1974) [1] [2] is an English television presenter and journalist who is currently employed by ITV. Shepherd was a main presenter on the now defunct breakfast programme GMTV and co-hosted the ITV breakfast show Good Morning Britain alongside Susanna Reid and Kate Garraway from 2014 until 2024.
