Borislav Biserov Mihaylov (Bulgarian: Борислав Бисеров Михайлов; born 12 February 1963) is a Bulgarian former professional footballer, who played as a goalkeeper, and Former President of the Bulgarian Football Union (2005 – 2019; 2021 – 2023). He is the longest-serving president of the Bulgarian Football Union, he has been at the head of the organization for 16 years.
