Cătălina Ponor (Romanian pronunciation: [kətəˈlina poˈnor]; born 20 August 1987) is a Romanian former artistic gymnast who competed at three Olympiads: 2004, 2012, and 2016. She won three gold medals at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens on balance beam, floor and as part of the Romanian team.

Cătălina Ponor a participat la Jocurile Olimpice 2004 din Atena, Grecia, în 2012 la Olimpiada de la Londra și în 2016 la Olimpiada de la Rio. La Atena a câștigat medalia de aur, ca membră în echipa română de gimnastică.
Biografía. During a period when Romanian gymnastics needed new talent, Catalina Ponor was spotted during a nationwide talent search and chosen to train with the national team. She competed in her first major meet in 2003 when she took part in the world championships and earned a silver medal in the team event on her sixteenth birthday.
