Karl Theodor Ernst von Siebold ( 16 de febrero de 1804, Wurzburgo - 7 de abril de 1885) fue un anatomista, botánico, y zoólogo alemán. Siebold era hijo de un médico y miembro de una familia con numerosos científicos, era primo hermano del físico y naturalista Philipp Franz von Siebold.
