About Catherine A.D. Best known as the Anchoress, Catherine Anne Davies has also released music under her own name and worked with a dizzying array of collaborators, from Bernard Butler to Simple Minds. Her raw, dramatic folk/art-rock sound has seen her compared to the likes of PJ Harvey and Kate Bush.
