We encourage families to submit their Family Application as early as possible, so that you have the most options for scheduling the student interview. Crossroads School Equity & Justice Institute hosts the Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools® program. Serving nearly 50 students from the local neighborhood, the six-week program offers multicultural and researched-based curriculum promoting literacy, civic engagement and social action.
