Cynthia Maduengele Bolingo Mbongo (Uccle, 12 de enero de 1993) es una deportista belga que compite en atletismo. [1] En los Juegos Europeos de Cracovia 2023 consiguió una medalla de bronce en el relevo 4 × 400 m mixto. Ganó una medalla de plata en el Campeonato Europeo de Atletismo en Pista Cubierta de 2019, en la prueba de 400 m. [2]

She won the silver medal in the 400 metres at the 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships . Bolingo competed in the 200 metres at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing without advancing from the first round.
