David John Beasant ( / ˈbɛsənt /; born 20 March 1959) is an English football coach and former goalkeeper . As a player, he was a goalkeeper, who notably played top-flight football for Wimbledon, Newcastle United, Chelsea, Southampton and Nottingham Forest.
