Police say they are still working to determine the motive and what led to the shooting, but investigators believe the accused shooter, 17-year-old Julian Howard, knew and targeted the victim, 18-year-old Etavion Barnes.

Howard is an amazing school, and same here, a lot of my friends got into T20s, and are struggling with Fasfa, I just wish Howard would stop pushing us to commit blindly. I'm so honored that I got picked for this, and I really wish that Fasfa hadn't been so delayed so I could fully enjoy it as a student.
