History. The band formed in 1964 in Montreal as The Five Bells. [2] . Members were South African -born sisters Anne and Jackie Ralph as well as Cliff Edwards, Doug Gravelle and Gordon McLeod. Cliff Edwards and Anne Ralph married in 1967.

In 1969 in Montreal they recorded their first album, Dimensions (542-004 Polydor ). The single "Moody Manitoba Morning" (composed by Rick Neufeld) had some success on radio.
