This movie is dumb. There’s no doubt about that. But is it dumb in a funny way or dumb in a dumb way? I’d say it’s a bit of both. The plot is that Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are going on a road trip. Oh, and there’s some crap about a briefcase and the mafia and the police, but that’s all an excuse and the movie at least seems to know it.
