Do we chalk up the fact that (as far as I’m aware) Elliott never so much as mentioned No. 2 to the same musical differences that broke up Heatmiser? I’ve honestly never even listened to No. 2, so I dunno about the quality of the music. Per Gust, Elliott was wanting to “get the band back together” near the end.

Of course they are, I'm not claiming otherwise. I'm just as much a fan of him as a person as I am of him as an artist, probably like you.
