Emma Georgina Rothschild CMG (born 16 May 1948) is a British economic historian, a professor of history at Harvard University. She is director of the Joint Centre for History and Economics at Harvard, and an honorary Professor of History and Economics at the University of Cambridge.
Emma Rothschild is a Jeremy and Jane Knowles Professor of History at Harvard University and the Director of the Joint Center for History and Economics. She is also a fellow of Magdalene College, Cambridge, and a professor at Sciences Po, Paris, and has written several books on economic history, nationalism, and the Enlightenment.
