Founded in 1967 as an innovative public liberal arts college in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, Evergreen emphasizes collaborative, interdisciplinary learning across significant differences. Our academic community engages students in defining and thinking critically about their learning.
The Evergreen State College is an accredited, public, liberal arts, four-year state university. Our students pursue four-year degrees in more than 45 fields of study. Evergreen also offers three distinct graduate degrees.
