Félicia Ballanger (born 12 June 1971 in La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée) is a retired French racing cyclist. She won five world championships in the sprint and 500 m time trial. She was also a triple Olympic champion. She is 1.68 metres (5 ft 6 in) tall and weighs 70 kilograms (150 lb).

Biography. Named after Italian cyclist Felice Gimondi, Félicia Ballanger was the strongest track sprinter of the 1990s, racing for Vendée la Roche Cycliste. After losing the Olympic bronze in 1992 against Ingrid Haringa, she then won the sprint at the next two Games.
Five years unbeaten. Physically imposing, possessed of an iron will and an insatiable capacity for hard work, Ballanger was coached by former Olympic champion Daniel Morelon. She won her first world title in 1995 in Bogota (COL) in the sprint, before adding a second gold medal in the newly created 500m time trial.
