Franco Cristaldi (Turín, Italia, 3 de octubre de 1924 — Montecarlo, Mónaco, 1 de julio de 1992) fue un productor de cine italiano. Trabajó como productor y coproductor en más de 60 filmes entre 1950 y 1990.

Franco Cristaldi (1924-1992) was an Italian film producer and writer, known for Cinema Paradiso, The Name of the Rose and Big Deal on Madonna Street. He was married to Claudia Cardinale and Carla Simonetti, and died in Monte Carlo.

He took part in the Resistance in northern Italy and, with his brigade, arrived in Rome following the liberation, where he witnessed the making of Roma città aperta (Rome Open City).
