Impressively unlikable. The hook is basically to remake the 1939 Cukor film The Women with all of the catty, gossiping women played by female horses on the morning of the Kentucky Derby, and I guess I can see the appeal of that pitch in some abstract sense, but having gotten that far, William Hanna & Joseph Barbera and writer Heck Allen stop trying.
