Gordonstoun is a boarding school founded by Dr Kurt Hahn in 1934, where the first King of the UK, Prince Charles, was educated. It also pioneered the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, the Outward Bound movement and co-education, and has a long-term impact on the Royal Family and many other famous alumni.
