Harry Carey Jr. was an American actor who appeared in more than 90 films, including several John Ford Westerns and several television series. He was the son of actor Harry Carey and the grandson of vaudeville entertainer George Fuller Golden. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and worked with John Ford, Howard Hawks, and John Wayne.
Harry Carey Jr. was a character actor who appeared in many Western films and TV shows, mostly as a member of the John Ford Stock Company. He was the son of the actor Harry Carey and the actress Olive Carey, and he spoke Navajo and English fluently. He died in 2012 at the age of 91.
