Morgan continued to appear in movies, increasingly in wry, comedic roles, most notably Support Your Local Sheriff (1969), but it was the small screen where his activity was concentrated throughout the 1960s.
Harry Morgan (born as Harry Bratsburg, April 10, 1915 – January 7, 2011) was an American actor. He was well known for his role in the M*A*S*H TV series as Colonel Sherman T. Potter and as Bill Gannon in the T.V. series Dragnet. He won an Emmy Award in 1980.
