Heike Gabriela Drechsler (Gera, antigua República Democrática Alemana, 16 de diciembre de 1964) es una exatleta alemana especializada en carreras de velocidad y salto de longitud. A lo largo de su carrera ganó cinco medallas olímpicas, dos de ellas de oro. En su etapa como atleta profesional medía 1'81 m y pesaba 70 kg.
