5 de ago. de 2019 · Mais uma biografia maravilhosa que tive o prazer de ler! Trata-se da primeira biografia escrita sobre Tolkien, originalmente publicada em 1976, de Humphrey Carpenter. Obviamente, a edição a que tive acesso foi uma tradução para o português, bastante recente, publicada em 2018 pela HarperCollins Brasil, a nova casa do Toklien no país.

Après des études à Oxford, Carpenter donne des cours sur la littérature et la langue anglaises au Keble College.C'est là qu'il rencontre à plusieurs reprises J. R. R. Tolkien.
