Idlewild are a Scottish rock band formed in Edinburgh in 1995. The band's line-up consists of Roddy Woomble (lead vocals), Rod Jones (guitar, backing vocals), Colin Newton (drums), Andrew Mitchell (bass), and Luciano Rossi (keyboards). To date, Idlewild have released nine full-length studio albums.
Biografía. A finales de los años 90 surgió en la ciudad escocesa de Edimburgo el grupo Idlewild, una banda bautizada con un nombre derivado del libro “Ana De Las Tejas Verdes” de Lucy Maud Montgomery, en donde Idlewild era un lugar ideal de refugio, un espacio idílico.
