Ignaz Moscheles (Praga, 23 de mayo de 1794-Leipzig, 10 de marzo de 1870) fue un compositor y pianista virtuoso bohemio, cuya carrera después de sus inicios estuvo basada principalmente en Londres, y posteriormente en Leipzig, donde sucedió a su amigo y alumno por un periodo Felix Mendelssohn como jefe del Conservatorio.
Isaac Ignaz Moscheles (German pronunciation: [ˈɪɡnaːts ˈmɔʃələs]; 23 May 1794 – 10 March 1870) was a Bohemian piano virtuoso and composer. He was based initially in London and later at Leipzig, where he joined his friend and sometime pupil Felix Mendelssohn as professor of piano in the Conservatory.
