Jack David Laugher MBE (/ l ɔː / LOR; born 30 January 1995) is a British diver competing for Great Britain and England. A specialist on springboard, he competes in individual springboard events, and in synchronised events with Chris Mears, Daniel Goodfellow and Anthony Harding.

Jack Laugher and Chris Mears made history at Rio 2016 by becoming the first British athletes to win an Olympic diving gold medal after triumphing in the 3m synchronised event.
