Though I'm not an exercise enthusiast, I found this workout less intimidating because the exercises Jane Fonda does are popular. There isn't anything that I dislike about this product. Since my cassette broke years ago, I received another exercise program as a gift, but eventually lost interest in it because I felt the exercises were too extreme.
