Per Wikipedia, she reduced her work schedule one she had married and had three sons. She did TV and some theater but no movies. Once her boys had grown she did a lot of regional theater.

She deserved more than 2 nominations in her career but it is still better than most actresses get. Home Before Dark was another Jean Simmons performance that should have gained her a nomination. by Anonymous.

That video for The RKO Story episode seems out of synch. “Woman on the Run,” (1950, dir Norman Foster) with the wonderful and woefully underrated Ann Sheridan and noir mainstay Dennis O’Keefe. Great plot twists and a dizzying ending at an atmospheric California boardwalk.

Dear Brigitte -Jimmie Stewart and Glynis Johns play an artistic couple who have a young son (Bill Mumy) who is a mathematical genius with no interest at all in fine arts.

The ensemble includes Ingird Thulin, Helmut Griem, Helmut Berger, Charlotte Rampling, and Dirk Bogarde. Okay r15 you made me think of VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED.

Those are indeed two great performances in "The Three Musketeers" and "Serial Mom," but neither of those films qualify as film noir. Serial Mom, everyone’s favorite film noir.
