Biography. PROFESSOR JOHANNES M M CHAN is formerly Chair of Public Law of the Faculty of Law. He is also the former Dean (2002-2014) of the Faculty. He retired from the University in July 2021 and was appointed an Adjunct Professor after his retirement.

Biography. Professor Johannes Chan was Chair of Public Law and former Dean of the Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong (2002-2014).
